Project: North AUD (We anticipate receiving 50% plans late June 2025.)
Location: 130 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14202
Project Description: New Construction of residential apartment units Building A = One (1) 12-story high-rise building and Building B = 6-story mid-rise building. Small Retail Building = approximately 5,000sf. Total of 251 Units. Site is largely empty and excavated already but will be cleared of remaining existing light structures and site features.
Tax Exempt Project. No Wage Rate Project.
Building A = 12 stories = 197 units.
Building B = 6 stories = 54 units.
Small Retail Building = approximately 5,000sf
4 Level above-grade parking garage.
