Project: Waltersville Commons (this is our project)

Project Description: Project Documents include but not limited to: Complete adaptive reuse of two existing connected school buildings and associated site-work. The work includes conversion of the buildings into 70 apartment units and associated common areas. The project is receiving state and federal historic tax credits and therefore is subject to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Rehabilitation. The work includes new windows and doors, roof, interior finishes, elevator and all MEP systems. Historic restoration work includes re-pointing and repair of the entire existing masonry exteriors, inclusive of masonry surfaces above roofs, chimneys, and parapets, Historic restoration work also includes the repair ore replacement in kind of existing exterior and interior historic elements.
Project is Taxable. No wage rates.
