    Selective Demo and Rehabilitation of 84 housing units within Nine (9) buildings as well as, a community building.  Moderate Rehab of interiors, exteriors, dwelling unit upgrades, improvement to common spaces and mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades.  Existing oil-fired boilers to be replaced with natrual gas boilers.  Project also includes modification of 6 apartments to meet ADA requirements.  Project is Taxable.  Not prevailing wage rate project.

    PLEASE NOTE: Per owner bid clarifications 8-24-18: Want to make sure your pricing is based on 84 UNITS AT ECHO VALLEY.  This it not entirely clear in the outline spec. BLDG H was repaired in 2014 (it has 16 units) Therefore, the in-unit rehab will be on  84 UNITS, NOT 100. 

    ALSO, ELECTRICAL SCOPE: BLDG H SHOULD BE EXCLUDED.

    MECHANICAL SCOPE: BOILER / HOT WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT IS FOR 10 BUILDINGS, because the site currently runs on oil and we are converting the system to run on gas.
