New construction of a 15,000-square foot wood framed, one story building to accommodate Educational Playcare. There are multiple sizes of classrooms, activity rooms, and administrative rooms inside with a mixture of carpet, ceramic tile & VCT flooring. Custom interior water garden/pond feature at the front entry. Exterior work included a play area with synthetic turf and padding below. Exterior finishes are comprised of a mixture of Nichiha Cement Board Panels, Hardi Plank clapboard siding, and stone veneer with precast stone sills.
