New construction of a free standing, approximately 6,000 square foot, wood framed building to accommodate the Verizon retail store and 1-2 other future tenants. Work included high performance, aluminum framed storefront window & doors, high end MEP’s, and selected interior finishes to accommodate Verizon corporate policies.
