The new construction of a police headquarters and community senior center. This 40,000-square foot project was building using structural steel framing, a masonry façade with a large architectural precast. The police department has two floors and many specialty items. The community/senior center is a single floor building with a large meeting and municipal areas. A new bridge and roadway were required for accessing these facilities.
