Occupied renovation of a 50-unit elder housing complex. The renovations are based around the upgrades to the HVAC system; which includes new split systems, heating and air conditioning for each apartment, new windows throughout the building, selected roof replacement and repairs, and selective floor replacement. Exterior improvements include new front canopy structure, site lighting, new ADA ramp and railings, and exterior brick façade cleaning and restoration. This project following CHFA guidelines for affordable, elderly housing.
