7,000-square feet of new construction and renovation of 32 two-story multifamily apartment builds consisting of 379 units. A new community center was built on site, which included a fitness room and meeting spaces. Roofs on all the existing apartments buildings were replaced and 17 of the buildings were equipped with rooftop solar panels. One of the buildings was “repurposed” to house a Manchester police substation. Storage areas in some buildings were converted into five apartments; 10 units being fully ADA compliant.
