Demo of 9 existing residential buildings for new construction of 9 two-story buildings. New buildings included a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, for a total of 50 units. The new units were built in two phases, with half the residents moved off site and the remaining tenants would be moved into the new units when completed. Their units would then be demolished and rebuilt. Construction of each unit included HVAC work, modern kitchen layouts with appliances, spacious windows, hardwood flooring, and outdoor porches. The ninth building consisted of a community building that contained a kitchen, meeting room and office space.
