New construction of 13 new multi-unit wood framed residential buildings to replace 33 existing residential trailer units. Construction of new community building with attached residential units. Eleven existing wood framed residential units remained. Construction of 54 units was completed within two phases. Residential units include modern appliances, granite countertops, washer and dryers, heating and AC units, and hardwood flooring. First floor units included outdoor patios. Site landscaping included new site lighting, plantings, and new asphalt drive way.
