New construction of a 5-story threshold mixed-use apartment building with 30 residential units and commercial office space on the main level in downtown Bridgeport. Construction of apartment units included modern appliances, vinyl and carpet flooring, new heating and cooling system, large doors and windows. The top floor incorporated a fitness center. The main level holds office spaces and meeting rooms. Sitework included landscaping, asphalt paving, masonry and stone veneer. Funding sources included DECD, CHFA, HUD, and LIHTC.
