Dutch Point was constructed in two rental phases and one ownership phase. Upon completion of all three phases, the development consisted of 58 for-sale homes and 127 rental units. Rental Phase 1 consisted of 73 apartments in 9 new buildings and 6 renovated buildings. Phase 2 included 54 apartments, 2,600-square feet community center and a small park. Phase 3 consisted of low and moderate-income buyers and 31 units sold at market rate.
