Please see drawing A1.0 and spec section 01 6710 for items supplied by the owner for installation by contractor. 

    Labor is Tax Exempt.  No wage rate project.

    Project Description:  The scope of the project includes the demolition of 21 existing, 2 to 3 story , vacant public housing buildings and related utility infrastructure; construction of new site utility infrastructure, curbs, sidewalks, hardscape and landscape; and development of 405 new rental dwelling units across 27 buildings with associated common recreational, amenity and retail spaces (3 mixed-use, 5-story buildings and 24 two-to-three story townhouse and stacked-flat buildings.

     

    Project Documents include but not limited to: Demolition, Site-work, concrete, masonry, structural steel and miscellanous metals, rough and finish carpentry labor and material, roofing, exterior finish, insulation, waterproofing, gutters and downspouts, windows, storm windows, exterior and interior doors, frames and hardware, drywall, tile work, suspended ceilings, flooring, painting, postal specialties, toilet and bath accessories, residential appliances, kitchen cabinets, bath cabinets, window treatments, trash compactor, recreation equipment, conveying system, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, asphalt paving, site furnishings, landscaping, final cleaning and sanitary facilities.

    Respondents must assume that the project will be subject to: Davis Bacon requirements (commercial scale for the three multi-family mixed-use buildings and residential scale for the stacked flats and townhouses).
